Information Builders will provide conference attendees with the Monday night Solutions Pavilion Welcome Reception and Dinner, Tuesday night Solutions Pavilion Reception, breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

The companion program allows you to bring an adult friend or family member to several Summit 2020 events. Companion tickets are $745 and can be purchased either on-site at the conference registration desk or online. Additionally, you can purchase a day pass for $645, which includes access to the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area as well as all meals and sessions for one day. Labs are not included.

Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference and evening events.

The average high temperature in this area during June is in the high 80s, with the average low in the low 70s.

Hotel, Transportation, and Contact FAQs

A special guest-room rate of $145 (plus 12.5 percent tax) has been reserved for Summit 2020 attendees at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. All rates will be extended to Summit attendees three days prior and three days following the event, based on availability. You can find out more about making hotel reservations here.

The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is just 18 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Discounted round-trip airport/hotel ground transportation is available via Mears Shared Ride Shuttle. Please be sure to select the center image (van) for the shuttle reservation. (Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation costs are the responsibility of each attendee.)
