As Director of Business Intelligence at GLFHC Normand Sirois has demonstrated an ability to lead a team of IT professionals in the development of a Federated Data Warehouse supporting the needs of the ACO for the Merrimack Valley. In his 45 year carrier in the IT field he has worked on various Business Intelligence projects going as far back as the mid 1980?s. He has also lead application development efforts, Data Modeling efforts, Project Planning, Project management, application architecture design, disaster recovery planning, and IT strategic planning. Normand?s IT experience spans, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Finance, Investments, the Government, and the Medical field. Most of his carrier has been as a consultant helping companies work through difficult IT challenges where he has demonstrated an ability to solve the challenges at hand. Normand was also the lead developer for a large book publisher, on the first spell check program, written in assembler, and implemented on DEC machines. Later as computer capacity grew, it was converted to C and implemented in Word Perfect, Honeywell Equipment machines, and Microsoft Word
