Frances Gambino is the vice president of Customer Success at Information Builders. She leads these Worldwide Customer Services departments – Customer Success, Technical Content Management, and Customer Education – which collectively cover Customer Success services programs and Customer Experience, release technical content management, and customer education content development/delivery. Frances holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications from Polytechnic Institute of New York and a Master's degree in Library & Information Science from Drexel University.
