Information Builders’ employees are the backbone of the company’s success and we’re always proud to see their achievements recognized by the industry. Today, I’m especially thrilled to announce that our very own Melissa Treier has been honored in The Software Report’s 2019 list of Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS. This recognition is a great testament to Melissa’s success in her role as sales vice president and her overall dedication to advancing the company and those within it.

Top 50 Women

With a detailed methodology and competitive selection process, The Software Report’s annual leadership awards are highly regarded in the industry. Moreover, the Top 50 Women Leaders list is based heavily on feedback from colleagues, which speaks to Melissa’s standing as a respected and inspirational figure within Information Builders. Melissa’s peers highlighted her exceptional integrity, drive, and overall positive impact on the company’s success and culture. Establishing herself early on as a talented high-tech sales professional, these very qualities have led to her becoming a top salesperson and ultimately a vice president at Information Builders.

Melissa’s success has continued to grow year after year, and her seamless execution across North America has been celebrated throughout the company. With this success, she has earned the opportunity to expand her work globally and now oversees Information Builders’ sales around the world. Despite her growing role, Melissa is still very hands-on with Information Builders Cloud, the company’s SaaS solution, and works closely with product owners to help the company grow and differentiate itself in the market. Melissa has also pioneered the company’s relationship with AWS and continues to drive the partnership and SaaS deliverables into new and evolving areas.

In addition to her professional achievements, Melissa is a delight to work with and is well respected by everyone at the company. Not only has she made great strides as a woman in tech in her own career, but she is also the first person to offer advice and guidance to others in order to help them achieve success. I know that I’m personally inspired by Melissa’s passionate leadership, and it’s clear from this peer-driven recognition that many others feel the same.

Congrats, Melissa, on behalf of the Information Builders family. We’re so grateful for all that you do!
