We’re thrilled to announce that our support department was a silver award winner for “Support Department of the Year” in the Best in Biz International Awards. The Best in Biz is the industry’s only awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts, with 26 experts convening to review the submissions of more than 250 organizations worldwide.
The recognition honors the work of our Worldwide Customer Services (WCS) team in ensuring that our global customers had access to customer care at every step of the process during the launch of InfoDiscovery. The department developed an innovative Early Adopter Program that allowed organizations to access the benefits of InfoDiscovery immediately, significantly alleviating the challenges associated with typical product launches.
