  • In Banking, I will demonstrate how your colleagues use technology to grow revenue, enhance value, comply with new regulations, and simplify the customer experience
  • For Payments, I’ll look at how to build loyalty, replace lost interchange revenue, challenge fintech disintermediation, and detect fraud
  • Finally, I will turn to Investments, with a focus on managing global volatility, contending with declines in trade volume and fee deflation, encouraging broker talent, and complying with mounting financial regulations

Many financial institutions are struggling to find their way. Earnings are stagnant, managing the customer experience can be bewildering, and complying with financial regulations is a full-time job. I look forward to explaining how data management and analytical capabilities can contribute enormously to your success in these areas.

I’ve spent the majority of my career helping financial services companies conceive, design, build, and deliver operational and analytic systems.
