We’re thrilled to share that Information Builders is recognized as an industry leader in Dresner Advisory Services’ 2019 Business Intelligence (BI) Competency Center Market Study – not just once, but twice.

The 6th annual report reflects the direct feedback from more than 5,000 organizations, including Information Builders’ own customers, and examines the goals and function of the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC). Dresner defines the BICC as “a group within an organization responsible for defining, delivering, documenting, and promoting best-practice business intelligence and analytics solutions.”

Ultimately, the BICC helps to ensure that the organization is empowered to achieve its goals for better decision-making. The report reflects how this key group of data leaders organizes itself, its priorities, and thoughts on technology partners that support their success.
