Information Builders' first European Partner Summit proved to be a productive and informative gathering between more than 15 organizations and Information Builders' executives earlier this month at Le Grand Mello in France. The objective of the Partner Summit was to demonstrate to existing and prospective partners the selling opportunities that Information Builders technology provides and how we can all benefit from a collaborative partnership. The Partner Summit was akin to a special club; every attendee received face time with our senior product staff and high-level management.
During the two-day event, hosted by Senior Vice President for International David Small, attendees had the opportunity to hear about Organizational Intelligence and customer success stories firsthand from Rado Kotorov, chief innovation officer and co-author of the book, "Organizational Intelligence: How Smart Companies Use Information to Become More Competitive and Profitable." The Information Builders Partner Program and Marketing Strategy was also presented, focusing on enablement and growing a joint pipeline.
Our agenda was generated by topics such as: the Information Builders analytical journey from Harmonizing, Visualizing, Operationalizing, and Monetizing data; the business intelligence (BI) and Analytics landscape and what makes us unique; and new on the horizon – How to support the Chief Data Officer with Governance initiatives. The gathering was meant to be interactive and productive for all parties involved.
