In order to provide operational BI reports to all users, whether they work in connected or disconnected mode, WebFOCUS 7.1.3 introduces Active Reports. These reports consist of data and interactive capabilities bound together in a single file. Active Reports are easily distributed to large numbers of users who need only a browser to open them and perform common analytic functions such as sorting, filtering, calculating, and charting. No need for access to specific personal computers, proprietary applications, or network conduits. The unsurpassed, easy to use interface requires no training. What’s more, significant network cost savings are achieved when users work in disconnected mode.
Best-in-Class SAP BW Reporting
Many organizations have a mixture of SAP BW and SAP R/3 solutions combined with other applications, all of which, accessed together, provide knowledge for mission-critical decisions.
