How it Works
The iWay Process Manager "listens" to processes and instances of execution, allowing for full and ongoing monitoring, investigation, and diagnostics. When a critical event occurs, WebFOCUS Report Caster is called to distribute related data and information to the appropriate stakeholders as needed. Alerts can be sent via a variety of formats and vehicles – including email addresses, cell phones, and pagers – so any recipient, any where, will get the information they need, when they need it!
