Information Builders Honored for Exceptional Customer Service by the 2015 American Business Awards

BI Provider Recognized for Team and Individual Service in Four Categories

Information Builders’ Worldwide Customer Services team (WCS) was recognized with a silver award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for the exceptional technical support it delivers to its global network of customers. Throughout 2014, Information Builders maintained high customer satisfaction across all of its customer areas, including Technical Content Management, Advanced Technology Services, Help Desk, Premium Support, and Customer Care and Community.

The iWay team was noted for its innovative customer support and willingness to go above and beyond in assisting customers with cutting-edge implementations, such as the company’s Omni-Patient™ and Omni-Payer solutions for the healthcare industry.

In the individual categories, Information Builders’ Susan Sams received the gold award in the Support Staffer of the Year category. As an account support manager in the Premium Support Group, Sams is directly responsible for assisting some of the company’s key customers in the federal and healthcare sectors. In 2014, she also played an integral role in building Information Builders’ first portable Healthcare InfoApp™, a task she assumed in addition to managing her daily responsibilities. Mr. Ortolani, senior vice president of Worldwide Customer Services, was also honored with an individual award. Ortolani took home the bronze in the Customer Service Executive of the Year category, an honor he earned for his expert management of Information Builders’ constant effort to deliver superior technical support and services across the company’s integration, integrity, and BI product lines.
