The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which it believes is not in keeping with the publication's standards. Advertisers and advertising agencies are wholly responsible for the contents of ads printed and for any claims against the publisher.

The publisher reserves the right to cancel or not accept any advertisement for any reason at any time.

The publisher is not responsible for errors, print quality, or problems arising from typesetting or production of the publication or service done by the publisher on behalf of the advertiser or on the advertiser's original material.

The publisher cannot be bound to conditions written/verbalized which supersede the policies as stated in the Rate Card and the authorized insertion order, unless written authorization is given by the publisher.

All rates are subject to change by the publisher.

Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of an Act of God, action by any governmental/quasi-governmental entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any condition beyond the control of the publisher affecting production or delivery in any manner.

Publisher is not liable for delays, omissions, or errors in reader service placement/processing.

Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the publisher, except when a request for a specific preferred position is paid. The publisher reserves the right to reject position request based on previous commitment or layout revision.

First-time advertisers are required to pay 50% down at the time of submission of the insertion order, the other 50% due 30 days after issue publication. Established advertisers are required to pay in full 30 days after publication.

Agency commission of 15% is extended on space, color, and position subtotal as long as payment has been made according to the stated terms.

An account turned over to a Collection agency will be held responsible for the cost of collection plus interest. Agency commission (if applicable) will also be withheld.

Cancellations must be made in writing on or before space closing date.
