Predictive Analytics: A Future View of Your Manufacturing Operations

Presented by Bruce Kolodziej, this webcast provides an overview of predictive analytics, how it extends traditional business intelligence, and Information Builders' WebFOCUS RStat platform.

It will also provide examples of how this technology delivers value to the manufacturing industry by enabling quality control, operations, engineering, and product management to predict parts/systems failures, find the root cause of defects, assign proper warranties, correctly disposition scrap, and repair and manage inventory.

As predictive analytics product manager, Bruce Kolodziej has more than 15 years of experience from a variety of analytics and sales roles. Prior to joining Information Builders, Bruce was a solutions engineer with SPSS, an IBM company, focusing on predictive and text analytics. He also served as a statistical analyst for AT&T. He earned a BS in Mathematics from High Point University and a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Rhode Island.
