Conference Fees

Preferred Registration – $2,045 (Save with the Early Bird Special rate: $1,745)

Standard Registration – $1,745 (Save with the Early Bird Special rate: $1,445)

Both Preferred and Standard registration rates include: Access to all conference sessions, the Expert Room, Solutions Pavilion exhibit area, Monday night Welcome Reception, Tuesday night Cocktail Reception and Dinner, Wednesday night special event, and the Thursday night President's Reception (Ask Gerry), as well as breakfast and lunch Tuesday – Thursday.

Why Choose a Preferred Registration?

With a Preferred Registration, you are privy to several great perks and advantages not available in the Standard Registration, such as:

  • The ability to register for up to four labs, which are guaranteed, during an exclusive early lab registration period. Labs at Summit fill up quickly. With a Standard Registration, attendees are allotted up to three labs, and have to wait for the general registration period. A Preferred Registration gives you a much better chance to attend all the labs in which you are interested
  • Reserved seating at the General Session
  • A commemorative Summit 2017 collector's item

Groups

Fees are per person.

  • Groups of four to seven: Preferred - $1,599 | Standard - $1,299
  • Groups of eight or more: Preferred - $1,399 | Standard - $1,099

Companion Program $745

Includes access to the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area as well as the following meals, receptions, and off-site event: Monday night Welcome Reception, Tuesday night Cocktail Reception and Dinner, Wednesday night special event, Thursday night President's Reception (Ask Gerry), breakfast and lunch Tuesday – Thursday.

Day Pass $645

Includes access to the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area as well as all meals and sessions for one day. Labs are not included.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made on or before May 22, 2017 are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 22, 2017, as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. All substitutions must be made in writing, and can be made at any time.
