Q. When is the Information Builders Summit 2014 User Conference?
A.

This year's event will take place Monday, June 9 to Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. You should plan to arrive in time for pre-event conference tutorials, labs, and conference sessions, as well as our annual Monday evening Welcome Reception to be held near the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area.

Q. How do I register for the conference?
A.

There are two ways to register. You can register online, or download the registration form and send it via mail or fax it to (212) 268-7470.

Q. What meals/receptions are included in my registration?
A.

Information Builders will provide conference attendees with a Monday Night Welcome Reception, Tuesday night Cocktail Reception, Wednesday night Off-Site Event, Thursday night President's Reception (Ask Gerry), breakfast Tuesday – Friday, and lunch Tuesday – Thursday.

Q. How can I make changes to my conference registration?

Any changes to your original registration should be sent via e-mail to summit@informationbuilders.com.

Q. How do I make hotel reservations?
A.

A special guest-room rate of $104 has been reserved for Summit 2014 attendees at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. All rates will be extended to Summit attendees three days prior and three days following the event, based on availability. You can book your room online, or contact hotel reservations at (800) 204-7234 (or 407-996-9842) and ask for the Information Builders Summit Guest Room Rate. In addition, each attendee who pays for his or her own room will get a single night's, stay compliments of the Rosen Centre, for a future reservation made and used by December 31, 2014.

Q. What is appropriate attire during the conference?
A.

Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference and evening events. Casual attire is recommended for Wednesday night's off-site event.

Q. How do I reach the conference site?
A.

Information Builders Summit 2014 User Conference will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel, just 12 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation are the responsibility of each attendee. Directions and transportation options can be found at the hotel website.

Q. What is the price of hotel parking?
A.

Self-parking is complimentary for all guests of the conference, while valet parking is $20.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the conference?
A.

The companion program allows you to bring an adult friend or family member to several Summit 2014 events. Companion tickets are $595 and can be purchased either on-site at the conference registration desk or online.
