Information Builders Summit 2010 User Conference will be held at the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Florida from Saturday, June 5 to Wednesday, June 9, 2010.

Attend Virtually for Free!

Pay for a full registration, attend Summit, and get five free one-year subscriptions to our eLearning Reference Library. A $1,250 value that virtually pays for the cost of attending. The eLearning Reference Library is a vital resource of tips, techniques, and training that includes over 20 Product Training Modules, recorded live meetings, and reference guides. Up to two attendees per company that pay for a full registration and attend Summit are eligible for this offer. It's literally a $2,500 bonus that virtually pays for the cost of the trip. And yes, you can still take advantage of the early bird special. Subscription access will be active after Summit.

Conference Fees

Several pricing options are available for conference attendees. Prices include access to the conference sessions, Solutions Pavilion, Welcome Reception and off-site event, breakfast and lunch Sunday – Tuesday, and Wednesday breakfast. All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee. For a limited time only, Information Builders will honor 2009 Summit rates!

Preferred $1,895

Includes education sessions, access to the Expert Room and the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area, the ability to register for up to three labs during an exclusive early lab registration period, as well as all conference meals, receptions, and the off-site event. Additional benefits include reserved seating at the General Session, front row seating at education sessions, and a commemorative collector's item.

Standard $1,595

Includes education sessions, access to the Expert Room and the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area, the ability to register for up to three labs, as well as all conference meals, receptions, and the off-site event.

Groups

Each attendee receives all the amenities of the Standard package. Fees are per person.

  • Groups of four to seven: $1149
  • Groups of eight or more: $949
Companion Program $595

Includes access to the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area as well as the following meals, receptions, and off-site event: Saturday Night Welcome Reception, Sunday night Cocktail Reception, Monday night Off-Site Event, Tuesday night President's Reception (Ask Gerry), breakfast Sunday through Wednesday, and lunch Sunday through Tuesday.

Off-Site Event at Universal Studios – Monday, June 7

Includes four hours of food, drinks, selected attractions, and round-trip transportation. Passes can be purchased at the Summit Registration Desk with cash, credit cards, or checks.

Day Pass $495

Includes access to the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area as well as all meals and sessions for one day. Labs are not included.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before May 21, 2010 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 21, 2010, as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. All substitutions must be made in writing, and can be made at any time.
