Q. When is the Information Builders Summit 2010 User Conference?
A.

This year's event will take place Saturday, June 5 to Wednesday June 9, 2010 at Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Florida. You should plan to arrive in time for pre-event conference tutorials, labs and conference sessions, as well as our annual Saturday evening Welcome Reception to be held near the Solutions Pavilion exhibit area.

Q. Where do I get additional information about the conference?
A.

Updated program and speaker information will be posted on the Summit 2010 Web site. Please check back quarterly for additional details.

Q. How do I register for the conference?
A.

There are two ways to register for Summit 2010: register online, or download the registration form and send it via mail or fax it to (212) 268-7470.

Q. How can I make changes to my conference registration?
A.

Any changes to your original registration should be sent via e-mail to summit@informationbuilders.com.

Q. How do I make hotel reservations?
A.

Special guestroom rates have been reserved for Summit 2010 attendees at Gaylord Palms. All rates will be extended to Summit attendees three days prior and three days following the event, based on availability. We suggest you secure your room by booking online or contacting hotel reservations at (407) 586-2000 and identify yourself as part of Information Builders Summit Guest Room Block.

Q. What is appropriate attire during the conference?
A.

Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference and evening events.

Q. How do I reach the site of the conference?
A.

Information Builders Summit 2010 User Conference will be held at Gaylord Palms, 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation are the responsibility of each attendee. For a complete list of airlines serving Orlando, visit the Orlando International Airport Web site. Shared shuttle service is available through Mears Motor Shuttle at a special discount of $32 roundtrip or $17 one way. Book transportation on the Mears Web site. Print the discount coupon for shared shuttle details. Taxis are readily available at the airport and the average fare to the hotel is approximately $55 one way.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the conference?
A.

The companion program allows you to bring an adult friend or family member to several Summit 2010 events. Companion tickets are $595 and can be purchased either on-site at the conference registration desk or online.

Q. What is the weather like in Kissimmee in June?
A.

The average daytime temperature in Kissimmee during June is in the mid 80s. Nighttime lows may reach the mid 70s.
