Security Needs Assessment Package
Step One: Requirements Analysis (10 days)
In the first step, a JAD Session will define the applications that need to be made secure and their sensitivities. At that time, we'll identify and obtain details of your in-house security rules and standards and then analyze your in-house security paradigm. Together, we'll also identify the users involved in the applications and their place in the access hierarchy.
Step Two: Security Design (5 days)
In step two, we'll design the interface of your itemized e-commerce, self-service, or business intelligence applications in accordance with the in-house security paradigm. We will also generate a project plan for implementing that design and a proposal for implementation.
As part of Operation Complete Client Satisfaction (OCCS), Information Builders performs a complimentary two-day Business Health Checkup to ensure satisfaction with the outcome of the project outlined above. The checkup occurs approximately 60 days after completion of the project and will be coordinated between Information Builders' Consulting and the client.
