Implementation Services Package
Information Builders' Enterprise Best Practices Implementation Services Package enables you to plan and implement the technical infrastructure that will best support your business intelligence and integration efforts toward your business objectives today and in the future. This comprehensive package provides organizations that implement WebFOCUS and iWay Software technologies with a best-practices plan based on what Information Builders has learned during multiple enterprise implementation experiences. The plan provides effective direction for both the initial deployment and ongoing maintenance and expansion of applications and systems.
The package includes everything you need to ensure that your organization will be able to proactively plan for and meet its stated objectives on time and within budget. It will help you implement solutions while mitigating project risk and ensuring rapid end-user adoption. Our senior consultants will provide specific direction based on your business objectives within the context of your existing and future technical infrastructure. The plan includes a road map and methodology that will support the implementation of current as well as future applications.

- Security integration with your security software, protocols, and standards
- Operational support recommendations for staff skills development (training), operational support, and the establishment of a Competency Center
- Maintenance and performance-level recommendations for ongoing maintenance and assurance that you can perform and meet the requirements of your service-level agreements
- Hardware and network recommendations for initial and future application deployment, as a function of application and user-population profiles
In phase two, we'll translate those business objectives into an architectural and implementation framework that incorporates:
