The midmarket segment is an important element of our customer base and we’re enjoying a series of recent successes recognizing our work in this area. Take a look at the press release we issued today for more details but to recap briefly here:

  • EMA named us as a value leader in the firm’s recent Mid-Sized BI Radar™ Report. The comprehensive nature of WebFOCUS was cited as a key differentiator, along with our data integration capabilities and industry-leading customer support.

  • Earlier this week, we announced that we were ranked as a leader in Dresner Advisory Services Small and Mid-Sized Enterprise BI Market Study. Respondents in the third annual survey positioned us as an Overall Experience Leader in the study’s Customer Experience Model and a Credibility Leader in its Vendor Credibility Model.

In addition to this analyst recognition, our midmarket strategy has been the subject of recent industry awards. 

Among the numerous organizations that have benefitted from our midmarket strategy are:

  • The City of Columbus Zoo, which standardized on WebFOCUS to develop a new BI system that engenders better reporting and an enhanced guest experience.
