It’s a landmark year for Information Builders! This year we celebrate our 40th anniversary, making Summit 2015 one of the most historic events in our company’s history. This year we’re expecting one of our largest crowds ever—more than 1,500 attendees representing our customers, partners, the analyst community, members of the media and more.

Summit will begin on Monday, June 1 with the annual address by our president and CEO, Gerald Cohen, and the keynote address by Hudson Hollister, founder and executive director of the Data Transparency Coalition. The Coalition is a trade association of technology companies, nonprofits, and individuals supporting the publication of government data in machine-readable formats. The Coalition supports reforms such as the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act, or DATA Act, to transform U.S. federal spending information from disconnected documents into open data. Following the main speakers, an array of interesting sessions, product demos and peer-presented case studies highlighting how BI and analytics solutions are being used to advance strategic business and operational initiatives. Information Builders’ Awards of Distinction will also be announced Monday, honoring those customers who have demonstrated true innovation with our technology.

Of course, Summit is also about having fun!
