Information Builders Named a Winner — Again! — at [BE] Midmarket CIO Forum
Information Builders was honored with the Best Midmarket Solution software award at the [BE] Midmarket CIO Forum, held October 26-28 in Tucson, Arizona. The award recognized Information Builders as the company with the software solution that has been exemplary in specifically meeting the needs of the midmarket.
The company was honored with the award after voting by CIOs in attendance at the conference for its WebFOCUS BI platform and its “3i” message of business intelligence, integration, and data integrity.
This year’s conference theme was “Because Business is Personal”—making this award even more fitting as Information Builders’ strategic approach to developing solutions focuses on customers’ growing needs to offer BI and analytic solutions for specific user bases.
This is particularly challenging when designing solutions for midmarket-sized companies, which require robust technology solutions and the ability to scale as a large enterprise would, but with service levels, cost considerations and product features that work best for smaller companies.
WebFOCUS fits any organizations’ need for business intelligence, data integrity, and integration solutions while meeting midsize enterprise imperatives such as data discovery, data visualization, and self-service reporting.
This acknowledgement closely follows numerous other midmarket industry awards, including the Best Midmarket Solution software award from [BE] Midmarket CIO Forum in spring 2014, Information Builders’ VP of Product Management Kevin Quinn being honored as a Top 50 Midmarket IT Vendor Executive in September 2014, and Gregg Oosterbaan, CIO of Information Builders’ customer Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, being named to the inaugural Top 20 Most Innovative Midmarket CIOs list.
These repeated recognitions and honors demonstrate the company’s dedication to helping midmarket organizations across sectors make better use of their data to improve operational insights and optimize performance through better access to real-time information.
