EMEA Customer Advisory Council Generates Insightful Input
European businesses may speak different languages, but their software issues are universal. Information Builders recently brought together an elite caucus of international product users to our European Headquarters in Amstelveen, Amsterdam for two days of discussions about resolving those problems through our technologies.
Events such as the EMEA Customer Advisory Council builds and strengthens priceless connections to Information Builders’ customer base. The meeting serves as an immeasureable advisement and also helps us shape our product suite.
Customers represented the entire breadth of Europe, including Worldline (Belgium), Banque et Caisse d’Epargne (Luxembourgh), BGL Group (England), Inocacao (Portugal), and Juzo (Germany).
After Kevin and Jim concluded their updates on Friday morning, EMEA Executive Director Frans DeNeve and Customer Care and Communications Manager Kathleen Butler talked about worldwide customer support initiatives, new technical support capabilities, and the EMEA user group program. iWay Solutions Director James Cotton covered extending BI implementations. The morning ended with a customer presentation from AdTech Senior Tech Manager Oliver Zimpasser. In the afternoon, Director of International Marketing Maria Dahlquist Canton gave an overview of current marketing initiatives and introduced the attendees to Information Builders’ Global Customer Program.
The EMEA Customer Advisory Council is an opportunity to better understand how European customers use Information Builders’ product suite. Technology shapes the entire world and it’s imperative to incorporate the latest and greatest innovations into our solutions.
